Your information is only collected when you wish to make a booking. The ' Book Now ' button directs you to PayPal which requires your name, address, email address and credit/ debit card details to complete the payment. PayPal ensures that your data is 100% secure and encrypted.
Once payment is complete, PayPal sends us your name, postal and email addresses (but no credit / debit card details) via email and sends you confirmation of booking. No third party is allowed to access this information. Your general information is then held in our database for course organisation. Once the courses are complete, the information is archived for future reference if need. All information held in our archives are confidential and encrypted.
Our visitor tracking system allows us to log information provided by the visitor's browser. This information is used to create summary statistics which allows us to assess the number of visitors to each page of the website, assess what information is most and least used, and to help make the experience as interesting and useful as possible to visitors.
The information logged is as follows: the date and time of your visit, your top level domain (.com, .gov, .co.uk, etc), the address (URL) of the referring page, your service provider's IP address, and the pages accessed on this website. Nothing is (nor can be) collected that identifies a visitor in person.
